Bad Tölz na południu Niemiec. Długi wyjazd, dużo kilometrów, zdecydowanie było warto!
Z Fee i Adrianem złapaliśmy kontakt właściwie od samego początku. Wszystko było bardzo naturalne i bez dystansu. Do tego ich przyjaciele i rodzina, ludzie z różnych stron i świetna atmosfera przez cały dzień
Zaczęliśmy spokojnie - przygotowania w centrum Bad Tölz, każdy trochę w swoim gronie, trochę spacerowania między jednym miejscem a drugim i później spotkanie już na ceremonii. Ślub protestancki w pięknym, starym kościele, dużo ludzi, muzyka na żywo i bardzo dużo emocji
Po ceremonii trochę czasu tylko dla nich, krótki spacer, stare uliczki Bad Tölz, góry gdzieś w tle i przejazd dalej. Bez robienia z tego skrupulatnie zorganizowanej sesji i zatrzymywania całego dnia na zdjęcia

For this wedding we travelled a little further than usual, all the way to Bad Tölz in southern Germany. A long trip, lots of kilometres, but definitely worth every one of them
We clicked with Fee and Adrian pretty much from the beginning. Everything felt very natural, no distance at all, and after a few hours it somehow stopped feeling like just another wedding we were there to work at. Add their friends and families coming from different places and the atmosphere was great pretty much the whole day
We started slowly. Getting ready in the centre of Bad Tölz, everyone spending some time with their closest people, a bit of walking between places and then meeting again for the ceremony. A Protestant wedding in a beautiful old church, lots of people, live music and plenty of emotions. Nothing overdone, everything very much their way
After the ceremony we had a little time just for the two of them. A short walk, the old streets of Bad Tölz, mountains somewhere in the background and then we moved on. No big photoshoot and no stopping the whole day just to take pictures
Później Kurhaus, wszyscy razem, dużo rozmów, śmiechu, przemów, muzyki i ludzi, którzy naprawdę dobrze czuli się ze sobą. Im robiło się później, tym mniej było już spokojnie
Na parkiecie działo się wszystko. Dużo tańca, trochę szaleństwa, przyjaciele Fee i Adriana przejęli sporą część imprezy, a pod koniec właściwie ciężko było znaleźć kogoś, kto jeszcze siedział przy stole
Żeby zrobić taki reportaż wystarczy jedna osoba - fotograf i jednocześnie operator filmu. Przy takim dniu i takich ludziach wszystko po prostu działało
To był jeden z tych dłuższych wyjazdów, po których wraca się naprawdę zmęczonym, ale też z poczuciem, że trafiło się dokładnie tam, gdzie trzeba. Fee i Adrian, ich ludzie, Bad Tölz i cały ten dzień - zdecydowanie zostaną z nami na długo

Later it was time for Kurhaus, everyone together, lots of conversations, laughter, speeches, music and people who genuinely enjoyed being around each other. And the later it got, the less quiet everything became
Once the party started, pretty much everything was happening. Lots of dancing, a bit of craziness, Fee and Adrian's friends taking over a big part of the dance floor and by the end it was actually difficult to find anyone still sitting at their table
This time I travelled to Germany on my own. One photographer and at the same time one filmmaker for the whole day. There was definitely some running around involved, but with a day and people like this, somehow everything just worked
It was one of those longer trips where you come back really tired, but also knowing it was absolutely worth it. Fee and Adrian, their people, Bad Tölz and this whole day - definitely one we'll remember for a long time
